Skills Required:
- Address user tickets regarding hardware, software, networking, and audio-video devices.
- Manage Windows oriented infrastructure: Windows 10, Office 365, Active Directory, File Server, DHCP, DNS, VPN etc.
- Initiate users’ Onboarding and Offboarding process as per requirement.
- Implementing IT policy and best practice guides for the organization.
- Install applications and computer peripherals as per company policy
- Conduct remote troubleshooting
- Test alternative pathways until resolve an issue
- Customize desktop applications to meet user needs
- Record technical issues and solutions in logs
- Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel
- Follow up with users to ensure their systems are functional
- Initiate users’ On-boarding and Off-boarding process.
- Vendor Management & Procurement of laptops and other IT accessories as per requirement, Preparation, and release of Purchase Orders to Vendor.
- Maintains accurate hardware, software, consumables inventory.
