- Analyze customer reported issues
- Experience identifying operational issues and recommending and implementing strategies to resolve problems
- Perform root cause and impact analysis; documentation and training as required
- Handle daily triage between On-site and Offshore
- Experience in Retail environment (will be preferred)
- Experience analyzing and reporting data in order to identify issues, trends, or exceptions to drive improvement of results and find solutions
- Experience mentoring less experienced team members
- Experience from SAG Application support background is a Plus
