- 0.6 to 3+ years of recruitment activities specialized in US Staffing.
- Preferred work experience with Virtusa, Mphasis, HCL, Hexaware in US Technical requirements and its clients or empaneled vendors.
- Having good knowledge of US TAX terms like W2, 1099, Corp-to-Corp basis.
- Excellent proficiency and knowledge in recruiting and business development techniques such as vendor networking, job boards (Dice, Monster, Carrier Builder, Tech Fetch, Ladders etc.), Internet search and Internal Database.
- Good Negotiation and Closure skills with strong emphasis on Client/Candidate Relationship management.
- Good Communication skills (English).
