Skills Required:
- Everyday 30-40 leads calls need to be done including new leads, Follow-ups, Incoming Calls.
- Every single lead will be punched in the system with remarks it may incoming call or allocated leads.
- Every single interaction must be recorded (Voice call/whatsapp interaction).
- Retaining targets will be allocated as per the vintage of counselor’s (3 months & more than 6 months old).
- Retention will be counted once FSN will be generated.
- FSN cycle : Payment-May QA-QA-DRR-FSN
- Details of the client will be shared with the filing team on the very next day/same day after generation of FSN.
- Remain in touch with retain clients till the last stage of the process.
Experience: Min 1 – 3 Years
Age Limit: Not Mentioned
Pay Scale: Rs 40,000 Per Month
