Skills Required:
- Manage IT Infra operations across multiple geographies.
- Provide single point ownership for the service delivery in area of Infrastructure Delivery Management Services for areas such as Server Support and Administration (Windows & Linux)
- IT Network and Security Administration Storage Management Computer Operations & Desktop Management, Web services and Cloud Computing.
- L2 & L3 level Network configuring and managing in all 3 branches.
- 24/7 support. Must be available on all the time of supports.
- Should be willing to support on Indian holidays.
- Manage a team to provide 2nd level infrastructure support for the application issues
- Inventory Management to include IT assets .
- Vendor Management to include IT service providers including Cloud service providers namely Amazon Web services ,Google cloud ,Microsoft Azure.
- Team Management to include people management .
- License management to include software license management
- Security management to include network ,server ,storage and end point security to ensure compliance for ISO-IEC27001 and SOC 2 standards.
- Customer Centric who can manage business stakeholders as well as clients as needed. Customer satisfaction score above 4.9 in a scale of 1-5 .
- Innovative mindset to provide infra solutions including but not limited to network and server connectivity solutions for new clients .
- Ensure that rights KPIs are defined and tracked to ensure 99.99% uptime of systems .
- Developing and implementing IT policy and best practice guides for the organization.
- Ensured that all project tasks associated with enterprise systems are identified, delegated if necessary, and completed within allotted timeframes.
- Make sure, you are following the policies of HIPPA, ISO and SOC2
- Overseeing and determining timeframes for major IT projects including system updates, upgrades, migrations, and outages.
- End to End infrastructure implementation of new sites/branches.
- Ensure that freshers are trained by seniors on all aspects of infra management
Experience: Min 8 – 13 Years

Pay Scale: Rs 90,000 Per Month
