Job Description: We are hiring for Payroll Specialist in Navneet Futuretech Limited at Mumbai. We need an energetic employee to join our team to develop our company. Interested candidates can apply.
Skills Required:
- Monitor and maintain correct employees’ attendance, leave & other parameters for accurate employees payments.
- Create position code for new employees.
- Employee code generation in ERP (success factors) with necessary details (In absence of team member)
- Maintaining necessary details like Provident Fund, ESIC, Tax details in SAP.
- Maintain and report HR monthly MIS to Management.
- Create vendor code for tracking vendors.
- To make changes in salary based on factors like Promotion, Demotion, Loan or Statutory Compliance.
- To do payroll from checking attendance, overtime details, uploading leave data, time evaluation (Test & Final Run), checking salary slip, final run in system, taking approval from management, posting of payroll & download & send salary slip.
- To hold salary as per instruction of HOD.
Experience: Min 4 to 7 Years.
Age Limit: Not Mentioned
Pay Scale: Rs 35,000 Per Month.
