Skills Required:
- Interact with Business teams and understand the issues that are encountered.
- Monitor the CBS system to ensure that stability and performance will be the best possible.
- Track open issues and follow-up with the partner for resolution.
- Manage the EOD, SOD related operations of the Core Banking system
- Document and follow the daily checklist and EOD run book.
- Communicate key insights and findings to the application project team.
- Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve performance and service delivery of the Core Banking system.
- Track and close the customer grievances related to the issues with the core banking system.
Experience: Min 4 to 9 Years.
Age Limit: Not Mentioned
Pay Scale: Rs 35,000 Per Month.
