- Troubleshooting in technical issues in Windows
- Providing necessary support for installing Printers & Scanners
- Arranging the standby or replacement on time
- Install OS and other applications
- Assist users for accessing applications
- Educate the user to log the calls through Helpdesk and tracking
- Coordination with Hardware team
- Support / Assist user issues
Experience: Min 1 to 2 Years.
