Job Description: We are hiring for Assistant Manager Legal in Ramco Systems at Chennai. We need an energetic employee to join our team to develop our company. Interested candidates can apply.
Skills Required:
- Exposure to contract drafting, and contract vetting with reference to both domestic & international jurisdictions. Preference will be given to candidates having contract drafting exposure in IT/ITES.
- Contract negotiations with prospective customers across geographies.
- Drafting of MSA, SOW, Addendum, Amendments, Change Requests, etc.
- Drafting contracts for Customers, IT vendors, Consultancy Agreements, NDAs, and Data Protection Agreements.
- Review of Terms and Conditions of RFPs, Purchase Orders, Tenders, Bids, etc.
- Review Customer contracts and drive the contract closure process.
- Managing Patent and Trade Mark Portfolio.
Experience: Min 2 to 6 Years.
Age Limit: Not Mentioned
Pay Scale: Rs 25,000 Per Month ( Based On Interview).
