- You display a strong drive to accomplish results You are willing to learn about a new industry, the product and are strongly focused on delivering value based on the users needs and goals.
- Good understanding of design and product metrics You are able to provide well documented, actionable feedback on the product and design to the team You have developed and practiced listening and communication skills to accomplish goals.
