Job Description: We are hiring for HR Executive and Generalist in Exhilar Innovative Solutions Pvt Ltd at Chennai. We need an energetic employee to join our team to develop our company. Interested candidates can apply.
Skills Required:
- Prepare documents and schedules for a smooth new-hire onboarding process, coordinating with cross-functional departments to deliver an exceptional first-day experience
- Handle all administrative tasks for onboarding, new-hire orientations, training & development initiatives and exit interviews, including data entry in human resources information systems (HRIS) and audits for accuracy and compliance
- Administer compensation and benefit plans
- Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
- Assist in the development and implementation of human resource policies
- Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
- Undertake performance management and employee engagement initiatives
- Organize periodical employee performance reviews
- Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
- Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits and organizing team-building activities
- Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
Experience: Min 3 to 5 Years.

Pay Scale: Rs.25,000 Per Month ( Based On Interview).
