Skills Required:
- Planning manpower & machine hours required to meet daily production schedule.
- Effective utilization of men, machine & raw material to ensure proper quality.
- Production Planning & machine process setting.
- Hourly production monitoring.
- Analysis of shortfall in production.
- Analysis of any downtime of production.
- Man Power handling.
- Rejection PPM, Productivity Monitoring daily..
- Why-Why analysis for major rejection & breakdowns.
- Maintain stock as per PPC planning standard.
- Daily monitoring M/C running process in Process parameter Sheet.
- Provide training to New Man Power before setting them to m/c.
- Maintain 5S on the shop floor.
- Shift end meeting with operators on shift problems.
- Maintain quality of product as per customer requirements.
- Provide countermeasures for heavy rejection.
- TPM activity on shop floor.
Experience: Min 2 to 5 Years.
Age Limit: Not Mentioned
Pay Scale: Rs 35,000 Per Month
