- Identify and report risks and breaches immediately to line management and/or the Business Controls Department.
- Consider and review the effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems, processes and controls and make suggestions to continually enhance service delivery.
- Share knowledge to support the development of others.
- Work as a solo Business Analyst or with a group of Business Analysts on projects.
- Support other Business Analysts, offering advice and guidance when and where applicable.
- Responsible for the BA deliverables across the end to end project life cycle.
- Actively promote the application of robust change management techniques across the business.
- Develop and maintain relationships with relevant stakeholders and/or clients.
- Support a client focused culture in the team and ensure that continuous improvement and excellent customer experience are at the heart of all activity.
- Actively represent the team in department and company activities and projects, and engage the team in discussions and plans.
- Maintenance of open, day-to-day relationships across the Company and company’s clients.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of relevant Business Analysis tools and techniques, and legislation relating to the company’s business.
