Skills Required:
- Owning end to end L&D functions for Service Delivery
- Review individual and organizational/ project development needs, communicating with the stakeholders and clients, designing tailor-made trainings for specific needs
- Prepare and implement learning strategies, Goals and Objectives that go in-sync with the business needs – Behavioral, Process and Technical Trainings
- Rolling out Training calendar
- Preparing the new hires for L1 IT Helpdesk – Inbound and Outbound Process
- Designing and Delivering Accent Neutralization (must be certified) and Behavioral Skills Training to New Hires and Existing Engineers
Experience: Min 5 to 10 Years.
Age Limit: Not Mentioned
Pay Scale: Rs 25,000 Per Month
