Assist in arranging face-to-face interview with higher management
Negotiate and decide the cost/salary of the employee in consultation with the senior colleagues in HR team.
Check the background of candidates followed by employment reference checking.
Regular update or report to the manager on the status of the interview and selection process
Work according to the recruitment strategies of the organization
Maintain, prepare and share recruitment tracker and other various recruitment related dashboards to the manager
Ensure TAT of 30 days for replacement hiring
