Skills Required:
- Good Communication skills in English and Hindi, Both Spoken and Written.
- Ability and willingness to work in a multi-tasking environment.
- Should be a quick learner.
- Attending customer queries through emails and phone calls.
- Handling Sales Inquiries, Bookings, Documentation, Complaints handling, etc.
- Designing and preparing itineraries and Domestic Holiday packages for customers.
- Processing bookings by coordinating with the operations team.
- Experience in a travel company is an advantage.
- Assist and support Travel Agents in their daily tasks
- Prepare Travel Itinerary for visitors and travelers.
- Performing day-to-day back-end operations.
- Lead Generation and Customer Support via phone calls and emails.
Experience: Min 1 to 4 Years

Pay Scale: Rs 30,000 Per Month
