- OTD – on time Delivery of NPI to customers as per committed plan. ISS (Integrated Supplier Scorecard) – customer satisfaction score >90%
- Customer complaints – 0 defect supplies, Scrap reduction <2% (value to revenue).Delivering Budgeted New products revenue, Cost savings through CI actions as per budget.
- Compliance to system audits – zero compliance issues.
- Implementation of digital engineering methods starting from MBD / Nx / Vericut, vericut-force /simulation tools like Cutpro / Macpro in Team center with PLM.
- Building cordial relationship (Agile, Bold, Collaborate, Simple) with all stake holders – i.e – customers, employees, peers aligning with the long term and annual organizational objectives.
Experience: Min 5 to 10 Years.

Pay Scale: Rs 25,000 Per Month
