Skills Required:
- Participants will be hired as (On the Job) Sales Trainees for a period of 6 months from the date of joining
- Post 6 months of training period, the participants will be confirmed at G4 as Relationship Manager, subject to clearing the final certification
- Participants not clearing the certification will get a further extension of 30 days, with specific handholding & will have to undergo a re-certification
- Participants not clearing the re-certification will not be absorbed in the organization
- Participants will not be entitled to any incentive till the period they are under traineeship and have cleared their certification.
- Preferred Participant Profile
Experience: Min 0 to 1 Years, Fresher’s can apply.
Age Limit: Not Mentioned
Pay Scale: Rs 25,000 Per Month
