Skills Required:
- Very Good knowledge of Telecom Domain (Service Fulfillment, Service Assurance, Billing & Reporting).
- Very good knowledge of Telecom OSS & BSS Domain.
- Very good knowledge of Telecom Operational Processes like Lead to Contract, Contract to Order, Order to Cash, Trouble to resolve, Request to Change
- Very Good knowledge of ITIL, eTOMS telecom frameworks.
- Experience in testing different OSS/BSS IT Tools like One portal, CRM, Salesforce, Amdocs, Kenan, Remedy, Service Now, Reporting tools.
- Experience in testing of Telecom Billing process.
- Very good stakeholder management skills.
Experience: Min 5 to 10 Years.
