- Be responsible for the overall performance for different teams which will be reporting to you
- Be responsible for the client deliverables without frequent reminders from management
- Ensure timely and effective completion of assigned tasks

- Compile & publish reports on team’s performance reports (Daily/Weekly/Monthly etc.)
- Coordinate periodic and regular meetings with other Assistant Managers and Team leaders to discuss process impediments, needed resources or issues/delays in completing the task
