Job Description: We are hiring for Nlp Software Engineer in Minecodes Technology Pvt Ltd at Mumbai. We need an energetic employee to join our team to develop our company. Interested candidates can apply.
Skills Required:
- All aspects of systems infrastructure for directory services and identity management systems (e.g., Active Directory, multi-factor authentication, single sign-on, and certificate management systems) and enterprise IT services (e.g., web, email, financial, Microsoft 365, data analytics).
- Provide technical user support for incidents escalated from the helpdesk and resolve system / application issues.
- Practice IT asset management, including maintenance of component inventory and related documentation and create framework to manage the same across all global locations of Occam’s.
- Act as a System Administrator and Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Email Services (Exchange Online) and Office Applications (Microsoft 365), Teams, OneDrive.
- Support our Microsoft 365 security and compliance management, specifically anti-phishing/anti-malware/anti-spam policies/config/troubleshooting/email tracing.
- In depth Microsoft 365 configuration and administration for MS Teams/OneDrive/SharePoint.
- Develop and maintain SOPs.
