Skills Required:
- Deliver the curated Functional/ Behavioral/ Soft skill learning experience on prioritized competencies across roles.
- Design effective capability building initiatives internally or in partnership with service providers based on need.
- Create and Facilitate development initiatives (skill development programs, assignment of e-learning programs, periodic assessments on functional skills etc.) by designing and delivering best in class content.
- Define the objectives and success metric for the functional learning intervention/program and work towards deploying and monitoring the same.
- Co-create development initiatives as per organizational need within the available budgets for specific initiatives and ensure effective implementation with end to end program management
Experience: Min 6 to 10 Years.
