Job Description: Our medical equipment company is seeking a Sales Recruiter to acquire new talent for our rapidly growing sales department. We need a team of highly specialized and talented sales professionals who can keep pace with current growth and create new opportunities for distribution. Our Recruiter must have extensive experience working with outside sales representatives, particularly in the medical or pharmacological industries.
Skills Required:
- Sourcing resumes from job portals and screening them
- Conducting interviews and checking the fitment of the candidate for the role, before presenting the resumes to the hiring managers
- Scheduling interviews and gathering feedback from the hiring managers
- Performing reference check, wherever required
- To prepare offer proposal and offer letter
- Ensuring inputs are given to the vendor for background verification
- Ensuring pre-employment medical check-up is completed before candidate joins
Experience: Min 4 to 5 Years.
