Ensure successful execution of training needs
Measure program training effectiveness
Responsible for on-going observations of direct reports, providing guidance, mentoring and support that focus on performance improvement of the candidate.
Send reports/MIS to the Operations team on the progress/pending status of activities
Skills Required:
Looking for Process Trainers with excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong training basics with the ability to work under pressure.
Perform training sessions with new employees/Associates.
Able to communicate in Hindi & English.
Knowledge about Mobile & IT industry & any regional languages would be preferred.
Able to respond quickly and logically on mails.
Can create PPTs after understanding any process, Open to travel.
Experience: Min 3 to 5 Years.
Age Limit: Not Mentioned.
Pay Scale: Rs. 25,000 Per Month.
