Job Description: As a Legal Counsel, your duties and responsibilities are to ensure that all the company’s contracts follow legal rules and policies. You should give legal advice on legal matters to the top management to enhance the business. You should examine and draft IT, real estate, employment and preserve business records like minutes of meetings.
Skills Required:
- Handling Litigation filed against the Company
- Evaluate legal claims and strategize handling of litigation.
- Identify and evaluate lawyers for engaging them in handling litigations.
- Draft/Vet written statements, counters, rejoinders, etc.
- Legal research and advice lawyers on legal precedents.
- Close follow-up with lawyers till risks in the litigations are adequately mitigated
Experience: Min 10 to 12 Years.
Age Limit: Not Mentioned.
Pay Scale: Rs. L 1.2 per Month.
