Job Description: As an HR Executive, you should be able to handle and manage the department budgets. Prior work experience as an HR Executive or a similar role will be an added advantage for the candidate. You should possess excellent communication skills and the ability to manage stress efficiently.
Skills Required:
Identifies/spots the right talents in Sales, IT, Accounts, Front Desk, etc to motivate and negotiate with them to apply.
Collaborates with Top management and departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for the openings in the organization.
Screens and shortlists the received resumes on the basis of job requirements.
Schedules and conducts/arrange Interviews of the shortlisted candidates for different levels of interview
Maintains employee attendance, and other personal details in digital and paper formats.
Manages leaves of all employees
Supports the Accounts Department in the preparation of payroll.
Assist the HR Team and Create the process of Hiring New Resources for the Team.
Create a process for the smooth welcome/Exit of an Employee.
