Job Description: We are hiring for Scrum Master/Senior Scrum Master in Nisum Consulting Pvt Ltd at Hyderabad. We need an energetic employee to join our team to develop our company. Interested candidates can apply.
Skills Required:
- Responsible as a Scrum Master in managing sprint effectiveness for 2 to 3 scrum teams
- Facilitate and organize Scrum events – help the team focus on goals, self-manage to achieve
- objectives sprint-to-sprint
- Facilitating and guiding Product Manager in building healthy product backlog and creation of ordered list of requirements (Ex: Epics, stories)
- Works with the Product Manager to align team with the product vision, sprint goals, and other necessary information
- Ensure the teams have a healthy backlog of ready to play work by collaborating with Product Manager
- Lead continuous improvement efforts with teams by implementing take-aways from retrospectives and implementing concrete solutions to make the teams more efficient and improve delivery success
Experience: Min 9 to 14 Years.

Pay Scale: Rs 25,000 Per Month
