- Responsible for Planning, Execution, Manpower Management, Budget Management, Vendor Management and risk management.
- In-Charge for managing the project to ensure timelines, construction sequence, quality of construction and overall profitability of the project.
- Daily planning, tracking, monitoring and coordinating on-site activities with site team, consultants, client, subcontractors and Head Office.
- Design coordination with client / consultants and other stakeholders
- Project budgeting & tracking
- Prepare detail project plan, schedules, risk mitigation plan etc.
- Bills and payments coordination for all receivables.
- Cash flow management.
Experience: 15 to 20 Years.
Age Limit: Not Mentioned.
Pay Scale: Rs.30,000 Per Month.
