Skills Required:
- Interviewing the Candidates on Call and to Check their eligibility criteria like Communication Skills- Grammar- Age- ask them to see if they have any tattoo or cut marks as most of Companies do not hire those candidates
- If Candidate is eligible, invite them to our Dwarka office for a face-to-face round with the Senior HR team, if candidate is shortlisted, we will be lining up them directly to Company office for final Interviews
- Updating candidates details on Company CRM Software and so that his next round interviews can be arranged
- As a HR Recruiter you need to identify right candidates for the right job by speaking with him more on calls to check his English Better.
- Since we are the Authorized Recruitment partner for many Airlines- Hotels and MNC, So no Candidate has to pay any charges to us before or after the Job
