Job Description: We are hiring for HR Executive /Counselor for Cita Training Academy at Mumbai, Pune. We need an energetic employee to join our team to develop our company. Interested candidates can apply.
Skills Required:
- Counseling students on call, regarding Airport and Airline courses and Briefing them about fees and Training Modules
- Would be doing Outbound Calling to candidates who have applied for the job with us on Naukri- LinkedIn- Facebook- Instagram
- Informing the Candidates about the Eligibility criteria by taking their Telephonic Round and speaking with their Parents
- Lining up the candidates for the Pr-Screening round and inviting them to the academy to check their Eligibility criteria. (As we do not give admissions to everyone).
- Should also track and follow up on all Lineup who are Interested for a Training Course
- Speaking with students and parents and explaining them the Fees and benefits of the Aviation courses, answer questions etc.
Experience: Min 1 to 6 Years.
Age Limit: Not Mentioned
Pay Scale: Rs 70000 Per Month
