Job Description: We are hiring for RPO Senior Manager in Randstad India Pvt Ltd at Hyderabad. We need an energetic employee to join our team to develop our company. Interested candidates can apply.
Skills Required:
- Manage a team of direct & Indirect reports 80 – 100, ( Team leads and Recruitment Coordinators ). Oversee their activities and productivity of your team.
- Make sure to keep operations flowing by ensuring team carry out instructions and perform at their best levels.
- Manage overall strategic, tactical and operational plans of the process to achieve a certain set of goals and objectives. Implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards, resolving problems, completing audits & identifying trends.
- Process improvements : Analyze and improve organizational process, identify process gaps, design KPIs and KRAs, manage SLAs and timely client deliverables.
- Ensure to meet all the KPIs in place to maximize productivity and client satisfaction.
- Forecast requirements, prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly business reviews, reporting, auditing, analyze variances & initiating corrective actions.
- Serve as the primary escalation point of contact, work closely with internal & external stakeholders, establish good relations with clients, to set and implement policies, procedures, and systems for effective engagement success.
- Applicant Tracking Systems, acquaintance with google applications, reporting tools is a MUST.
Experience: Min 9 to 14 Years.

Pay Scale: Rs 20,000 Per Month
