Job Description: We are hiring for System Administrator in Labcorp Endpoint India Pvt Ltd at Hyderabad. We need an energetic employee to join our team to develop our company. Interested candidates can apply.
Skills Required:
- Work to triage and troubleshoot problems, while following endpoints standard operating procedures. This includes coordinating with third-party vendors, multiple department business owners, and other IT staff.
- Analyze problems, perform troubleshooting and incident response on the systems, communicate with site technicians, and track problems through to resolution.
- Proactively use monitoring tools (alerts & trending graphs) to determine production issues.
- Ensure proper utilization of troubleshooting mechanisms and escalation processes.
- Maintain ongoing communication within the IT team as well as internally within endpoint to keep all stakeholders aware of relevant, known issues and the actions being performed.
- Assist in the research, recommendation and implementation of various technology platforms
- Implement technologies and processes to increase reliability, simplicity, cost-effectiveness, recoverability, and overall effectiveness of the server, LAN/WAN and supporting systems.
Experience: Min 2 to 5 Years.

Pay Scale: Rs 40,000 Per Month
