Skills Required:
- Be responsible for reviewing and auditing escalation incidents, email and telephone interactions for the Call-Center.
- Calibrate with your team of quality analyst regarding updates and feedbacks for their quality audits.
- Calibrate with Operations and analyze the variance in floor quality.
- Develop and maintain quality reports enabling you and the management conclusive insights on TNA, process and product gaps
- Use customer service expertise to identify areas of improvement in process and drive the quality targets through your quality analysts on the floor, improving customer experience on the floor.
- Collaborate with other teams (tech, product.) to identify and streamline processes and implement process standards that enhance service delivery and the customer experience.
Experience: Min 1 to 4 Years.

Pay Scale: Rs 40,000 Per Month
