Skills Required:
- Relevant experience of more than 9+ years in product, technology or engineering service role technical problem solving and managing a team of own.
- Experience in Product Validation and Product Design engineering (EIT, FIRG, Readiness, Cross functional Design Reviews, Supplier Integration, Testing Support, etc)
- Identify and recommend productivity improvement opportunities in your discipline (Identify at least one specific deliverable to improve individual, team, or department level productivity)
- Must have experience in working on Fuel System Integration – designing of fuel system sub-components.
- Identify and support new “System Team” team leadership strategies intended to increase our understanding and improve productivity.
Experience: Min 8 to 13 Years.
