Skills Required:
- Provide clear cost/time estimates and keep customers informed of work progress.
- Greet and welcome customers Open repair order, refer vehicle history.
- Ensure speedy maintenance and repair through clear identification of customers’ needs and accurate repair order preparation.
- Create clear precise customer invoices that show and itemize all parts, labor and lubricant charges.
- Maintains vehicle functioning & operator complaints by conducting inspections; repairing engine failures; repairing mechanical and electrical systems malfunctions; replacing parts and components; repairing body damage & warranty management.
- Inspect customer vehicles for pre-existing damage & additional work require during reception.
- Ensuring complete customer satisfaction by ensuring on time delivery of the vehicle.
Experience: Min 3 to 8 Years.

Pay Scale: Rs 20,000 Per Month
