Job Description: Also known as directors of HR engagement, HR business partners are tasked with streamlining HR functions, reporting on HR metrics, enhancing workforce retention, predicting staffing needs, managing termination processes, managing risk, ensuring staff wellness, and ensuring compliance regulations.
Skills Required:
- Degree in human resources management.

- Proactive nature.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Education – MBA PGDM or Masters degree (or equivalent) in Human Resource
