Job Description: We are hiring for Tender & Procurement Executive in Aveli Retail & Trade Services at Hyderabad. We need an energetic employee to join our team to develop our company. Interested candidates can apply.
Skills Required:
- Online searching of tenders as per company product portfolio through government Gem portal.
- Filling of forms and formats of tender, financial and technical in coordination with concerned person.
- Preparing and submitting the bid documents, online using E-gov. portal and offline submission as per tender requirement.
- Co-ordination with internal team and customer for clarification and assistance.
- Collection and sending of the relevant technical and commercial details to the concerned person.
- Reviewing Pre-qualification / Short-listing process of the tenders.
- Develop and maintain relationship with consultants.
- Maintain a good understanding of customer needs and expectations and handles all customer concerns appropriately and in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Responsible for coordination with internal stakeholders for effective Solution Design, product availability, smooth logistics, accounts receivables etc. to ensure both internal and external customer requirements are met.
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the companys products and methodologies.
- Maintaining the track record for tenders.
Experience: Min 3 to 5 Years.

Pay Scale: Rs 80,000 Per Month
