Job Description: We are hiring for Manager/Senior Manager in FASTA PIZZA at Chennai. We need an energetic employee to join our team to develop our company. Interested candidates can apply.
Skills Required:
- Analyse and manage the financial results of the assigned units to ensure maximum profits are balanced with excellent customer satisfaction.
- Ensure daily that the units are staffed optimally, restaurants are clean, inventory levels are appropriate, and equipment is working correctly.
- Monitors and maintains all quality control records and ensures compliance with Quality Assurance standards
- Ensures that all products are prepared and presented in accordance with Brand standards
- Conduct Weekly Sales Reviews, monitor progress toward goals, and assign people to meet those objectives.
- Discuss underperforming stores with relative Managers and develop action plans to address performance gaps.
Experience: Min 10 to 15 Years.
Age Limit: Not Mentioned.
Pay Scale: Rs 45,000 Per Month
