Skills Required
- 10+ years experience as a BA working on projects within financial services
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Experience delivering projects using AGILE, writing requirements using EPICS and stories and writing Acceptance Criteria
- Good knowledge and hands-on experience in Reporting and BI tools
- Good understanding of accounting processes, controls and financial reporting e.g. Month end close processes, reconciliations etc
- Basic knowledge of SQL for querying tables & doing own analysis of data
- Experience in creating prototypes / models using excel and or any such tools
- Strong Excel knowledge for reconciliation work
- Ability to bridge the gap between business, finance, ops & tech teams
- Analytical thinking
- Strong sense of ownership & ability to drive requirements end to end
- Self motivated, positive attitude, can do approach
