Skills Required:
- Installing, configuring & managing Servers (Microsoft Windows Server 2012+) & VMs (Microsoft Hyper-V)
- Installing, configuring & managing Network including managed switches, VPN, VLAN, ILL & Wi-Fi, PBX-Telephony System
- Installing, configuring & managing client & endpoint devices PCs, Thin Clients, network printers, scanners, etc. (Windows 7 & 10)
- Ensuring security and access control Firewall, Endpoint Protection, Biometric devices & CCTV
- Managing backup solutions on Portable devices, NAS, Tape & Cloud
- System administration Windows Active directory, users, rights, CAL, patch management, WSUS & Email
- Managing licenses & compliance of OS Servers, VMs & Clients, Databases, backup software, etc.
- Designing & enforcing IT policies & maintaining technical documentation
- Monitoring system performance and troubleshooting issues
- Good knowledge of wireless technology.
- Experienced with implementation projects, client and remote team coordination
- Network device backup management.
- Change and Incident management.
- Vendor and service provider management. Technical and commercial.
- Inventory, documentation, and Network layout preparation and management
- Audio/Video conference equipment management and support.
- Oversight & Reporting to IT-Head & Management
- Ability to work independently and make appropriate decisions or escalations. Ability to build working relationships with key stakeholders at various levels within the organization.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize and meet deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
