Job Description: We are hiring for Website Operations Manager in Flexi HR Consultants Pvt Ltd at Bangalore. We need an energetic employee to join our team to develop our company. Interested candidates can apply.
Skills Required:
- This will include managing the development pipeline of new features and functionalities, bug fixes and updates, as well as CRO and user testing to make sure our websites are optimized to provide an optimal guest experience.
- Liaise closely with the content, CRM and tech teams to ensure that all data and customer-related information is getting tracked accurately across relevant platforms.
- Ensure that all website forms, tracking codes, and integrations with other platforms and systems are working correctly. This will include Google AdWords, Bing, HubSpot, Facebook, etc. Experience in updating/maintaining Google Tag Manager is required.
- Manage website projects – whether it’s adding new features or functionality or driving complete migrations/transformation of the websites.
- Assist the content teams with any technical issues they face with website features and functionalities. If there are bugs, work closely with the developers to resolve them.
- Experience with A/B testing of website pages and user testing is required to execute our roadmap of tests, develop new features, etc.
- Experience in working with e-commerce websites would be a plus
Experience: Min 6 to 11 Years.

Pay Scale: Rs 2,00,000 Per Month
