Job Description: We are hiring for Managing Partner – Agency Channel in Ascentya Research & Development Solutions Pvt Ltd at Chennai.We need an energetic employee to join our team to develop our company. Interested candidates can apply.
Skills Required:
- Develop a plan to drive the Branch objectives within a location
- Accountable for delivering the short- and long-term sales and profit results of the market through recruitment of APs, development of APs, activation of APs and improved processes
- Display leadership, provide coaching and help in planning for their respective teams.
- Build positive business relationships with key customers/advisors including IRDA Agent, AP Training, and other support functions
- Creating and Coding of AP – Planning and Goal Setting responsible to drive the planning mechanism for his respective unit and support the AP in planning.
- Conducts review discussions/wakeup meetings as and when required Plan goals & performance needs for APs in a periodic manner Is expected to be an expert in the sales process, and conduct mechanisms to build same with his team through periodic on floor coaching.
Experience: Min 1 to 6 Years.
Age Limit: Not Mentioned
Pay Scale: Rs 20,000 Per Month
