Skills Required:
- 10-12 years of testing experience (Open to consider candidates with 8-9 years of experience, if they are exceptional)
- Candidates must have rich testing experience with project Test Manager / Delivery manager / Programme test manager experience in banking domain (Retail, Corporate, Wealth only)
- Must have experience in managing projects involving Digital banking with at least one of the following – Core banking, Cards, Trade finance
- In their role, they will be actively involved in developing sizing, estimation, plan, approach / solutions for RFP led proposal & tech engagement stitching all aspects for a proposal working closely with Account management, sales, delivery & practice teams under the leadership & direction of Tech engagement leader
- While prior pre-sales experience is an advantage, looking for talents who have rich test delivery experience and are keen to move into a tech pre-sales role at least for next 24 months
- Must have excellent customer facing, communication and ideating skills and be self-driven and willing to take accountability.
