Skills Required:
Responsible for monitoring and minimizing departmental costs.
Responsible for maintaining minimum stock levels of all items and should participate in inventories(Stock Take) on daily/weekly basis.
Responsible for ensuring proper hand-over and take-over during shift change.
Responsible for providing feedback to the Duty Manager at the end of every shift through logbooks or in person.
Responsible for assisting the Duty Manager in preparation of relevant reports and maintains record of the same, implementation of all contracts, AMCs etc.
Responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in all areas of operations
Responsible for ensuring all equipment’s are in working condition and are cleaned as per the standards defined in the SOP.
Responsible for ensuring operational readiness for all entries and intervals during the shift.
Responsible for providing inputs to the shift in charge for food ordering quantities and for programming.

Pay Scale: Rs 35,000 Per Month
