Skills Required:
- Execution of SOPs for Safety Kaizen, KY Execution of Safety audit findings
- Review daily planed vs actual for Breakdown and find root cause, take countermeasures
- Adherance to Preventive maintenance as per plan
- Check status of spares, Indent and fallow up for required materials,
- To monitor the periodical checks of Equipment’s Timely maintenance of utility equipment
- Compliance to inspection feedback Gap analysis against target V/S actual
- To monitor actual execution at shop floor as per quality system Generation of new pokayoke 8.To track & control spare inventory to minimize inventory cost
- Review of high value spares by alternate spares developed locally.
Experience: Min 5 to 6 Years.
Age Limit: Not Mentioned
Pay Scale: Rs 30,000 Per Month
