- Provide IT Support for active Directory and Windows NT domains and connectivity between and within systems, system components, and applications.
- Acts as a first point of contact, providing technical support to End-User as per IT related issues.
- Coordinate with Backend support staff.
- Hands-on experience in Windows OS Installation, Troubleshooting, Performance tuning, Monitoring, Applying Service Pack and Windows Updates.
- Responsible for Installation of new and used hardware units and components.
- Preferred have experience in fuel stations support.
