Skills Required:
- Work closely with engineers to build ML and NLP models and related tools to support our business goals by using tools, APIs, frameworks, and various cloud services
- Prototype and iterate challenging architectures in NLP, such as Dual-Encoders, Retrieval-Based Ranking Engines, Generative Models, etc.
- Solve business problems by scaling advanced Machine Learning algorithms and complex statistical models on large volumes of data
- Follow industry best practices, stay up to date with and extend the state of the art in machine learning research and practice and drive innovation
- 5+ years of solid machine learning experience in a B2B product environment
- Professional experience leading a data science project, with bonus points for Enterprise SaaS experience
- Hands-on experience implementing production-grade NLP architectures
- A deep technical understanding of how AI/ML works in a business context and deep experience supporting enterprise sales cycles
- Practical experience in libraries like TensorFlow, Torch, scikit-learn, NumPy, or equivalent.
- Expert level coding experience in Python working with frameworks like Django, Flask, or FastAPI and package development skills
