Skills Required:
- Preparation of various HR reports on daily, weekly and monthly basis within given timelines and maintaining employee database.
- Time management, attendance Management, leave management and payroll management.
- Preparing and uploading Salary and Stipend Statement month wise and Process wise Salary Cost Reports need to be shared to manger as per the verticals.
- Coordinating with admin team for Insurance & ESIC Deduction details after computation of salary and preparation of Monthly Appraisals.
- Preparing Final Attendance month wise and Final Manual Statement, referral details -Internal & external month wise
- Maintaining Leave Statement and sending every month to the process managers about their process Leave balance details month wise
- Taking care of Training salary and processing the same without any dispute
Experience: Min 2 to 5 Years.
Age Limit: Not Mentioned
Pay Scale: Rs 30,000 Per Month
