Skills Required:
- Identifies/spots the right talents in Sales, IT, Accounts, Front Desk, etc motivate and negotiate with them to apply.
- Collaborates with Top management and departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for the openings in the organization.
- Screens and shortlists the received resumes on the basis of job requirements.
- Schedules and conducts/arrange Interviews of the shortlisted candidates for different levels of interview
- Maintains employee attendance, and other personal details in digital and paper formats.
- Manages leaves of all employees
- Supports the Accounts Department in the preparation of payroll.
- Assist the HR Team and Create the process of Hiring New Resources for the Team.
- Create a process for the smooth welcome/Exit of an Employee.

Pay Scale: Rs 25,000 Per Month
