Skills Required:
- Support general HR operations and handle employee queries.
- Representing Adecco as a trusted partner throughout with the customers by ensuring solid customer delight with Extreme Service level Standards
- Coordinate with employees and collecting the KYC document
- Initiating the On boarding formalities and ensuring the release of offer letter , Appointment letter extension , Warning letter etc.,
- Coordinate with payroll team for payroll processing, checking of payroll and confirmation.
- Coordinate with payroll team for all employee income tax related matter.
- Coordinate with payroll team for statutory compliance and Audits.
Experience: Min 1 to 6 Years.
Age Limit: Not Mentioned
Pay Scale: Rs 25,000 Per Month
